Our exchange and refund policy is valid for up to 7 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must not be used and must be in the same condition in which you received it, in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
